Returns update: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and new state sanitation laws, returns are temporarily restricted at this time until further notice.
-All wigs and orders are inspected prior to shipment.
-All orders ship via USPS on Tuesday-Friday, excluding weekends and national USA holidays.
-Your tracking number will be auto emailed to you once shipped within 24-48 hours. If you have not received your tracking by then, please check your spam folder.
-Free shipping is offered on orders shipped to an USA address and is $69.99 or more.
-Shipping times are estimates and are NOT guaranteed. Shipping delays are outside of our control once handed to the carrier.
-We absolutely do not tolerate fraud, false charge-backs, or theft of our product or another person's identity. If you are found to be suspected of any of this, we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. THIS IS NOT A MAYBE BUT A GUARANTEE. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.
Braid and Loc Wig Disclaimers
#The hair jewelry shown is for display only, however for most braid and loc wigs we do include a small pouch of mixed braid jewelry to decorate your wig at leisure, it just may not be the exact jewelry shown in the pictures.
-The underneath root of the wig has the "regrowth" look and is there to replicate the grow-out appearance of loc'd hair. It is also added for fullness and height. This wig can NOT be worn up in a ponytail and there is threading in place on the sides to hold the locs down to conceal the "regrowth" hair underneath. Our wig-maker and hairstylist has deemed regrowth hair was necessary to add to conceal the tracks as adding more locs would make the wig too dense, heavy, and unnatural looking. Please take note of this as we will NOT accept returns for not liking the regrowth hair in the roots and back of the unit.
-***Please note that each wig is 100% brand new unworn. It is tailored, cut and styled by our stylist prior to packaging and shipping and because of this a bit of shine, light hold spray, and conditioning product spray is added to the item for easy out of the package styling and brushing for you. Product on the item is not indicative of it being used. We put our personal extra flare to each item to be sure you are receiving the best and it lays and styles well when you receive it.
++Loc wig weight disclaimer:
Please note that the locs will have a slightly weighted somewhat heavy feeling until you get used to it after a couple of days of wear. When your real hair is in locs, the weight is supported by your scalp and the extension hair is attached to your real hair strands. In a lace loc wig case, all of the locs weight is transferred to the lace and therefore will seem heavier than it does when locs connected to your actual head. We are unable to accept returns for this reason of the wig being heavy as we are letting you know in advance. No worries, You will get used to it after a very short time of wear.
-Also note that some wigs may have the scent of the manufacturing color as this is synthetic fiber, not human hair so a more industrial strength form of coloring has to be used to maintain the item color for the life of the unit.***This unit may require restyling/hand styling out of the package to make it reflect the photos. Please note that each wig is 100% brand new unworn. **Returns are not accepted for any non-lace full cap wigs or lace part wigs.
Also note that some wigs may have the scent of the manufacturing color as this is synthetic fiber, not human hair so a more industrial strength form of coloring has to be used to maintain the item color for the life of the unit.
We have done our best to display the correct color of the product however actual color may vary due to various reasons such as lighting and monitor setting/resolution. There may be minute differences in color of your wigs/hair when viewed in person and should not be considered an error. We attempt to describe the colors as relative to the standard hair coloring system, ie: 1b, #4, etc.
Most orders, once payment is received and cleared, ship within 24-48 (excluding Saturday and Sunday) hours from your date of purchase. We reserve the right to to release a product being temporarily held awaiting payment to another buyer, without prior notice, if payment is not received in alotted time frame.

Returns & Exchanges Policies
Although all sales are final and we do not issue refunds, we do want satisfied customers and therefore allow ONE exchange per order of a product of equal or lesser value. Differences will be credited as store credit only. Our returns and exchanges policies only applicable for any faulty product(s) received on our behalf only. We do not issue refunds/exchanges for items worn, lace cut, or altered, which includes but is not limited to: finger combing wave/curls, hairspray usage, coloring, cutting, etc. in any way. NO EXCEPTIONS. You may request an exchange to similar or different product (subject to stock availability) within 3 days of receipt of your order. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Returns & Exchanges Fees
There will be a 15-30% exchange fee per item, with shipping deducted as well for any items sent for exchange/return. Customer is responsible for the care of the item, therefore exchange fees are necessary to recoup the cost of staff fees for the extra handling and rectification of an item that has become faulty at the hands of the customer. Unclaimed/returned packages are not reshipped. Reshipment would be at the expense of the buyer. Once the item is returned from the unclaimed/returning, you will be credited the cost of the wig, minus OUR shipping cost and a 15% restock fee. Free ship items shipment amount we paid is still deducted from the cost of the item.
Items not eligible for exchange:
Clearance, Accessories, Adhesives, Care Products, Synthetic Lace Front Wigs, Smart Part™ wigs, and Special Order and clearance items.
If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, curls disturbed/frizzed, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized and will be mailed back to you at your expense. Clearance items are in eligible for return and are priced accordingly. Clearance items can sometimes be display items discounted, items customers have returned not quite in new original condition, but never worn, or clearance for the sake of stock depletion. Charges required to complete exchanges are made on the credit card submitted in the original order. Balances are issued as store credits only and store credits expire 90 days from date issued. Shipping Cost on Exchange Shipping charges will apply. We ship the same method as in the original order ONLY.
If you need to make changes to your custom units, (ie: colors, measurements, cap constructions. etc.), please do so no more than 24 hours after placing your order. Changes can NOT be made after the 24 hours as construction of custom has most likely started.
To limit the need for returns, we advise customers to review your orders thoroughly and ask as many questions as possible to be sure you are ordering the correct unit for you and/or clients tastes. We will try our best to work out any issues that may, but hopefully will not, occur.
If you need to cancel a custom (only) order, you must cancel no more than 24 hours after the order has been confirmed to avoid being charged. After the 24 hours, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Once orders are confirmed, construction of the cap starts immediately for custom units. Orders placed within 24 hours should be cancelled by notifying us. Subject line should read “Cancel Order”.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept all major credit cards and direct payment via Western Union as well for international articles Paypal is also applicable for international buyer.
We ship out out every Tuesday-Friday only. Next Day/Express/Overnight shipping orders are best to be received the evening before you need it SHIPPED next day. Meaning if it is Monday and you need your wig by Wednesday before 12 noon, it is best to order on Monday night instead of waiting until Tuesday morning or afternoon to purchase. We need the time to process your order, contact you about your order if there are any questions, and leave room for extra time if there is an delivery issue/delay with the carrier that is beyond our control. We are NOT responsible for delivery times by the carrier. Delivery times are rough estimates only. However, with our experience, most items arrive within predicted time frame.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!
USPS International: This service takes 5-7 business days on average. (post office has 90 days to deliver order before it will be considered lost). There are no tracking available for certain countries once it leaves the USA via www.usps.com. You will need to check with your country's parcel carrier for tracking.. Any Duty, Tax, or Brokerage fees related to this order is the responsibility of the recipient. BeautiiFuLL Hairz does not know what the duties/taxes are in your area, and we do not know if there will be brokerage fees. USPS often does not have brokerage fees, but this is not a guarantee.
IMPORTANT CUSTOMS INFORMATION: Please note packages can be held up in customs for inspection and this is beyond our control. Please contact us if your item is stuck in customs. While there is not much we can do to expedite the release of your package, we can note this to your account and look out for your package if it arrives back to us for some reason. Refunds are NOT given for packages stuck in customs unless it has been past the allotted 90 days since your order. Refunds are given minus our shipping cost.
All celebrity photos are the property of their respective owners. We DO NOT claim that any celebrities are wearing our products. Use of the the celebrity names and/or photos are for example, reference, ideas, and inspired by purposes only.
We offer one exchange per item only. A 15% exchange fee applies to each item (minus the shipping cost). All tags, packaging or promotional materials must be returned with product. Please notify and email us before returning your unit(s). Subject line should read “Return Lace Wig“. An exchange form will be sent upon your request to return a unit for exchange. A completed and signed Return/Exchange Form must be enclosed with your return. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Also, please ship item(s) with shipping insurance as we are not responsible for item(s) lost in the mail.
-Is not responsible for inaccurate measurements taken by client, so please take your measurements at least three times before confirming them.
-We reserve the right to refuse any order, including orders we feel affects our productivity and/or unrealistic to meet.
-Some units come custom cut and styled, unless customer requests otherwise, however, some additional styling, curling, etc may be required to maintain the look.. Some units may have natural layering depending on style and length requested. Therefore, most units are ready to wear out of bag.
-Please note prices for custom and stock units are subject to change due to the high demand of lace wigs, materials rate, and additional man power it may take to support the demands. Please ask for quote before making/sending any payments.
-Lace front wigs are delicate hairpieces and can be an luxurious investment. Therefore we advise customers to handle their units with care. We are not responsible for damages allocated to unit by customers improper care.
-Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted.
