**DUE TO STATE SANITATION LAWS and to keep our prices as low as possible, we have employed a very specific return policy.
Please refer to the return policy slip in the wig package.
You are responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee (per the terms and conditions policy agreed upon at checkout). All items are inspected prior to shipping for quality and to be free of error. Therefore, all returns are deemed as simply buyer dislike/remorse/preference.
Returns are unfortunately not accepted for Smart Part wigs, Fab Flash Hairz , Wanna B Collection, KinkyKinky Hairz, or any non-lace FULL cap wigs once opened (unless you received the completely wrong wig).

Any returns received without initial approval from us will be refused and forwarded back to the customer at their expense.

Once the payment is submitted, confirmed and cleared, your order is shipped out within 24-48 hours on Tuesdays-Fridays, excluding weekends and national U.S. holidays where the post office is closed.
Most orders, even some FREE shipping orders, ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes approximately 2 to 3 days to receive. You can also opt for Express/Overnight/Next Day Shipping for additional cost.
Tracking/Delivery Confirmation numbers are emailed once item has been shipped. You can not cancel your order once you have submitted payment for stock items, as most likely the unit has already been shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request. Please be sure you definitely want to purchase the unit before clicking "Buy Now/Add to Cart".
Please note, most express/next day orders are received the next day, however, due to some postal codes, the post office new delivery policies, and circumstances beyond our control, there is a chance you can receive your item in two days instead of one. We only guarantee receipt of the item for the next day if the post office has guaranteed it in the first tracking scan.
Most in stock items qualify for express/next day/overnight shipment. Orders MUST be placed by 1:00 pm central standard time on a business day in order to receive your item the next day. If the order is placed after this time, it will ship out the following business day. For instance, if you need your item on a Tuesday, it's best to place your order on Sunday or no later than 1 pm Monday morning. Items that are "made to order" or state they ship within a certain amount of days can still be next day shipped, but not until AFTER those made to order days.
FREE shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders of $69.99 in the US. FREE ship items may be shipped via Priority Mail or Standard/Ground/First Class mail. Most FREE ship orders are received within 3-5 business days depending on your location. FREE ship items only apply to USA orders.
International shipping: All international orders are welcomed! We ship worldwide. Items are shipped via USPS Priority or Express mail. We opt for USPS as this is the most economical carrier to receive your items in a sufficient time frame. If you would like for us to use an alternate carrier, please contact us PRIOR to your purchase.
Processing & Delivery
BeautiiFuLL Hairz© custom and stock request (from inventory not yet on site) orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days from order confirmation once billing and credit information have been authorized/verified/transferred. Delivery and processing is the charge for order processing, packaging, transport and handling. Please allow 7 business days for stock units to be received (this excludes "Ready to Ship Today" items, as they are packaged and ready to go and ship same day). Delivery times are not guaranteed, but our best estimation. We are not be responsible for shipment delays outside of our control. Shipments occur only on weekdays, however, you may receive your package on a Saturday depending on postal service selected. We take no responsibility for late shipments. The customer is responsible for any destination problems, i.e., incorrect billing information, if they're not home when the shipment arrives, etc. All shipments will be provided with a tracking/delivery confirmation number. Delivery and processing charge is subject to change and will be determined at time of order. Overnight Shipping is Available For Units Purchased BEFORE 1 pm Central Time to Receive Next Day. Otherwise Unit Will Be Over-nighted the Following Morning.
